1. Dust-free wiping paper has ordinary physical functions, and has the characteristics of high elasticity, softness, good feel and good drape. It has extremely high water absorption and excellent water retention, and is widely used in categories such as health care products, special medical products, and industrial cleaning products.

2. The dust-free wiping cloth is made of 100% polyester fiber. It has a soft appearance, easy to scrub and sensitive appearance, does not conflict with the fiber, and has excellent water absorption and cleaning power. Product cleaning and packaging are done in the ultra-clean workshop. Microfiber clean cloth is usually sealed with laser and ultrasonic. The wiping cloth can be sealed by cold cutting, laser sealing and ultrasonic sealing. When using and unpacking the wiper, dust-free gloves and masks should be worn. The wiping cloth can be immersed in a solvent for scrubbing, or it can be scrubbed directly for convenient use. When scrubbing, the four sides of the wiping cloth should be wrapped inside, and the edges of the wiping cloth should not touch the outer surface of the scrubbing object. When using a dust-free cloth, the inner packaging bag must be opened in a clean environment, and the packaging bag must be cleaned before opening, especially the opening must be kept clean and tidy. During operation, the dust-free cloth must be flat and not rubbed. During the mobile scrubbing process, the fibers and outer surface of the cloth must be contacted as thoroughly as possible, and it must be ensured that scrubbing is performed in the same direction, and the scrubbing cannot be repeated back and forth.

The production process of non-woven fabrics is mainly two processes of web formation and reinforcement.

For dry papermaking nonwovens, two types of potential bonding method and chemical bonding method are used.

According to the different reinforcement technology, its material and use are different, the following explains for you:

1. Thermal bonding method Thermal bonding method is to mix hot-melt fibers in the fluff pulp fibers, and the mixing ratio is generally not less than 15%. After air-laid, the low-melting fiber in the fiber web is melted by hot air or hot rolling Reinforce the web into a cloth. Because the non-woven fabric of thermal bonding method does not contain chemical adhesives, the product is more loose and hygroscopic. It is mainly used as an absorbent core for high-absorbent health-care products and thin women's sanitary napkins. According to this use, some production lines are equipped with high absorption resin (SAP) powder application equipment.

 2. Chemical bonding method The chemical bonding method uses 100% wood pulp fiber (fluff pulp) as the material. After the fibers opened into a single fiber state are air-laid, the water-soluble adhesive is sprayed onto the fiber web by spraying. Appearance, and then baked to strengthen into a cloth. The primary uses of the products are industrial wipes, feminine hygiene products, tablecloths, wet facial tissues, and cooking cloths.

The wiping paper is essentially different from the wiping cloth, and its use is also very different, such as ultrasound, laser, cold cutting, etc.!
